Diamonds Villa

Given the price this property is great - clean, all the amenities and close to downtown. However, as another reviewer mentioned, the room is TINY and cool until you run the space heater. Managemt can be unresponsive - I was promised more soap and never got it. But overall, given the price and quality of the room, these complaints are minor.

Good room but cold even the electric heater could not get it warm but tidy and clean room bed was really comfy had a great sleep and close to York center price was excellent only thing was cold in room but bed was warm quilt was great. Thanks to the staff. Would stay again.

The room was clean, but basic and small (to be expected with pricing). TV, small fridge and tea/coffee station was a nice touch. The room was slightly cold on arrival, but the electric radiator worked well and quickly warmed the room up. Good location from city centre.

I stayed at Dimond Villa and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, though it would have been better if basic toiletries like a toothbrush had been provided. The location is a bit far from the city center, but that also makes it peaceful and quiet—perfect if you want to relax away from the crowds. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially with my late check-in, which I really appreciated.

The room we stayed in was the family room now we paid £140 for one night which in York is about the normal but the room was very dated needed a lick of paint the shower was very good but the whole bathroom needs properly sorting out all the silicone around the shower had virtually disappeared the lino was bunched around the sink I know times are hard but people will not stop leaving neg feedback if things aren't dealt with it's such a shame because it's lovely and clean and staff excellent just the room needs a bit of loving.

Lovely little room had everything we needed for the night....toilet, shower, tea and coffee Nice and clean My only issue was noisy people in other room, nothing a pair of earplugs wouldn't sort !

Lovely, cozy, affordable, clean room. Customer service was absolutely amazing, complimentary biscuits, coffee, tea, water, Smart TV, extra heating, comfy bed. Very silent and safe, good for a rest and feels like you are a guest visiting a distant relative. I enjoyed it and recommend it!

We got wrong pin for enter inside and if you want to come in a room you should call. But problem is we tried to call several times on the number which found on the door. And it was no answer. I don't know why. We found another number after looking our booking information. But if you want to get pin codes, you should call them even you already paid for everything. But fortunately, our managers fix it very quickly. Room is fine for their money. We didn't expect luxury.:) but pillows may be softer. :) Rooms is clean. Towels, gels shampoo even conditioner were pleasant surprise.
